Deckdrop (AI Powered)

Deckdrop — an application that completely transforms the deal management process. Now, users can simply forward documents to a special email address, where artificial intelligence automatically creates detailed deal pages with all necessary information. Easy-to-use tools for editing, adding notes, and instant access help maintain order and enable timely decision-making. Deckdrop not only simplifies the process of adding and managing deals but also provides effortless information sharing, saving time and increasing the efficiency of the entire team.

Blend

For our client Blend, we developed an application on the Bubble platform, focusing on a custom frontend meticulously crafted by our team. This allowed us to create an intuitive, user-friendly interface that ensures high engagement. Additionally, by integrating an external CDN for multimedia hosting, we optimized content load speeds, ensuring a stable video-based learning experience. This approach resulted in a reliable product that meets Blend's needs and enhances their audience's mobile training experience.

VC Fund Management Platform

We created a user-friendly interface through which fund managers can enter all the necessary data. All calculations take place on the backend of the Bubble platform. The system is configured to send payment reports and new payment reminders to the list of investors via email. Fund members have access to financial information through the application.

FixaKontraktet

We set a parse of ten real estate sites every hour using the ParceHub web scraping tool and configured the data collection in a local Bubble database. It permitted to display of up-to-date announcements about the accommodation availability, not older than an hour. Users are offered a paid subscription option, allowing them to receive instant updates about new accommodations via SMS or email and quickly respond to new rent opportunities.

Izolda Assistant (AI Powered)

The 'Izolda' project is currently in the prototyping stage. We have developed a working prototype implemented through a Telegram bot. This prototype already demonstrates the system's core functions, including business correspondence automation and meeting scheduling.

At this stage, our team is actively testing and gathering feedback to improve functionality and user interface. The next steps include refining existing features, adding new capabilities such as financial management and personnel management systems, and preparing for beta testing with selected companies.

The 'Izolda' project aims to provide businesses with a convenient and effective tool for managing and optimizing processes, and the current prototype is an important step toward achieving this goal.

GPT Translator (AI Powered)

We have created a translator that works through a Telegram bot. It automatically recognizes the language; if it is not English, the bot returns the phrase translated into English. If you send the bot text in English, it will send you a translation in the language you previously used to communicate with the bot. If it is the first message, the translation will be in Ukrainian. The project is implemented using the OpenAI API, the database is hosted on Xano, and communication with Telegram occurs through the Telegram API. There is also an option to use standard Telegram voice messages to interact with the bot, and you can enable voice responses from the bot.

RFP Magic (AI Powered)

We built a user-friendly interface using the Bubble platform, with a dashboard for company managers through which they can monitor and administrate all operational processes. On the backend, in a fully automatic mode, all trips are synchronised between the tracking system, billing system, and accounting system, so managers only monitor the process and, if necessary, enter data that requires manual input.
